SESSIONS & FEES

No obligation initial consultations are free and last approximately 45 minutes

Sessions are £60 for 1 hr

​

Smoking cessation sessions are £100 and last 90 minutes to 2 hrs,

​

Phobias and fears are usually treated in 3- 4 sessions

​

Other changes usually require around 8-10 sessions but we monitor progress as we go.
