WHAT TO EXPECT

I start by offering a free initial consultation which lasts about 45 minutes. During this consultation you can talk to me about what has brought you to see me and what your hopes are for change. I will then talk to you about how the solution focused hypnotherapy approach works particularly with reference to how our brain works and how we can help you.

 

By the end of the initial consultation you will have a much clearer idea of how we can address the issue you have come in with and many people already feel like they have taken the first steps to improving their lives. There is absolutely no obligation to commit to further sessions, so why not come and have a chat?
